Brauerei Gebr. Maisel is a brewery that lets you experience what makes Maisel’s Weisse such a unique brand. Visitors to Bayreuth – the home of the family-owned brewery – can see this for themselves in the historic main building from 1887. If you are curious about beer, love fine food and drink or simply appreciate culture you will thoroughly enjoy this “hands on” experience that explains the history of the family-owned brewery, allows you to watch the actual beer brewing process and, of course, taste a fresh Maisel’s Weisse in our Liebesbier restaurant. Our weissbier even has its own festival: Maisel’s Weissbierfest. Originally held for the first time in commemoration of the brewery’s 100th anniversary, it is now one of the highlights in Bayreuth’s event calendar every year.

In international beer competitions Jeff Maisel and his team have demonstrated time and again that their specialty beers are brewed to the highest quality standards using only the finest ingredients.
